Cookie Policy

Last revised: 12 June 2026

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. This page lists every category we use on dogkit.help, operated by Dogkit English Lab Sdn Bhd, and explains how to change your mind later.

1. Strictly necessary cookies

These keep the site functioning and cannot be switched off through the banner:

  • PHP session cookie — keeps your enquiry form session alive and protects the form against forged submissions. Deleted when you close your browser.
  • Consent record — remembers the choice you made in our cookie banner so we do not ask on every page. Kept for six months.

2. Analytics cookies (optional)

Only set if you choose Accept in the banner. They give us anonymous counts — which guides are read, which courses attract interest — so we know what to write next. We do not use this data to identify individuals, and we do not combine it with enquiry data. Typical lifetime: up to twenty-four months.

3. What we do not use

No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels, no social media buttons that report your visit to third parties. Embedded fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log the technical request (IP address, browser) needed to serve the file; no cookie is set by that request.

4. Changing your choice

Click Cookie Settings in the footer of any page to reopen the preference panel and change your selection. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; the banner will simply ask again on your next visit.

5. Browser controls

All modern browsers let you block or delete cookies globally. Note that blocking the strictly necessary session cookie will prevent the contact form from working, because the form's security token lives in that session.

6. Questions
